摘要
通过对新型蒸汽加热器结构的描述 ,分析了新型蒸汽加热器的工艺流程 ,特别是对该蒸汽加热器的气侧换热情况。针对气体横掠管束的特点 ,对迎风面与管间流速的确定 ,雷诺数与传热系数以及压降的关系等 ,分析了大量相似结构的计算公式或实验数据。同时 ,对设计时的力学模型与实际不一致的地方 ,在结构上给予了充分的考虑 ,使实际运行与所计算的结果更接近、更吻合。对设计中的难点提出了相应的处理方法 ,揭示了该蒸汽加热器的优越性 ,明确了作为新一代产品的发展方向。
Through the description of construction of new model steam heater, this article analyzed the process, moreover, especially for the hear transfer condition at the gas side of the steam heater , it also analyzed the calculation formulars or expriment data for a lot of the similar structure based on the characteristics that the gas transversely passes the pipes outside and the definition of flow speed between the pipes and head-on surface as well as the relations of Reynold's number, heat transfer coefficiency and pressure drop. Meanwhile, for the inconsistency between the thermodynamics model and the actualities during the design, full much identical to the calculations, The corresponding solutions and measures to the difficulties in the design were put forward in this article, This article revealed the advantages of such kind of steam heater and defined the development trend of the new generation product.
