摘要
通过对球罐的整体应力分析 ,指出将焊缝布置在高应力区域是造成焊缝裂纹的重要外部因素之一。进一步的焊缝应力集中系数研究表明 ,焊缝存在很大的应力集中系数。高的宏观应力和大的焊缝应力集中系数所引起的局部高应力水平在焊缝某些位置造成开裂或裂纹 /类裂纹缺陷的扩展是可能的。
On the basis of FEM stress analysis of a sphere tank, it can be concluded the arrangement of weld in high stress area which was one of the most important exterior factors that cause weld cracks. Further analysis showed that there existed a rather high stress concentrate factor on the weld. It was possible for weld to crack or cracks/crack-like defects already existed to grow under high local stress caused by large stress concentrate factor and medium pressure.
