On Knowledge Integration in the Context of Virtual Product Development

摘要 设计过程是一个知识密集的创造性过程。知识利用效率在很大程度上影响了设计的效率。将面向过程和面向用户的知识集成方法相结合 ,可以提高主动设计知识服务的精度 ,减少设计用户在设计知识检索上的开销。本文对虚拟产品开发中的知识集成方法进行了探讨 ,提出了协调 -意图 -行为三层设计过程建模方法 ,知识 -行为两层设计用户建模方法 。 Design process is a knowledge-intensive proc es s. Knowledge utilization efficiency influences design efficiency significantly. The integration of process-orientation and user-orientation provides a new met hod for improving the accuracy of active design knowledge service and reducing t he knowledge retrieval overhead. A knowledge integration method for virtual prod uct development is investigated. A three-tiered design process model (coordinat ion, intention and action), a two-tiered user model(knowledge, behavior), their integration method and user behavior capture methods are proposed.
