摘要 建立了谐波齿轮传动柔轮齿根应力的有限元分析模型 ,比较了具有相同传动比、分度圆直径和柔轮壁厚 ,但齿差系数 kz 分别为 1和 2的谐波齿轮传动情况下柔轮齿圈的应力状况。由于刚度不连续现象的减弱 ,kz=2的谐波齿轮传动中柔轮变形形状更接近于理论值 ,它改善了传动的啮合质量 ,降低了动载荷 ;柔轮所需的变形力降低到原来的 75 % ,因此波发生器与柔性轴承及柔轮环节的磨损减弱 ,提高了传动效率 ;柔轮齿根最大应力值之比的有限元分析结果与考虑轮齿影响系数 I first established the finite element analys is model of the stress on the tooth rim of a flexspline, then compared the stress conditions on the tooth rim of flexsplines under the conditions of the same tran smission ratio, the same pitch circle,the same rim thickness, and the tooth diff erence coefficient k z =1,2. For the weakening of stiffness discontinuousnes s, the deformation form of flexsplines in harmonic drive with k z =2 is clos er to the theoretical form, this leads to the improvement of meshing quality and decrease of dynamic load; the deformation force decreases to 75%, therefore the weakening of wear among the wave generator flexbearing flexspline chain increas es transmission efficiency, the FEA analysis result of ratio of the maximum stre ss on flexspline tooth root agrees well with theoretical evaluation.
