摘要
介绍了对凸轮连杆机构进行运动分析的一种实用、简便的方法。该方法以复数矢量法为依托 ,以 PC机为工具 ,大大简化了平面运动分析的过程 ,避免了解析法中大量公式的推导和方程组求解的过程 ,从而降低了设计和研究人员的工作强度。并以印刷机上的递纸机构 (凸轮连杆机构 )为例 。
A practical and convenient approach for kinet ic analysis of cam-linkage mechanisms is discussed. On the basis of complex-numb er vector method, the procedure of kinetic analysis for planar mechanisms is sim plified, a large number of tedious deviations of analytic equations and the solu tion for equations are avoided with the aids of PC. Thus, the intensity of the w ork of researchers and designers is decreased. Finally, one example of transfer mechanism (i.e. cam-linkage mechanism) on the press is presented to clarify the kinetic analysis of cam-linkage mechanisms by means of complex-number vector method.
