摘要 提出了一种通过电磁感应加热感应导体 ,再通过感应导体加热其周围石蜡的无导线热膨胀微型机械驱动器。电磁感应加热不仅加热速度快 ,而且可以实现驱动器与驱动源之间的无导线连接。石蜡在其熔点附近具有很大的膨胀系数 ,而且其熔点可以调节。在对 7个不同尺寸的原理性驱动器模型进行位移输出性能试验的基础上 ,制作了 4个可以实现单向运动的驱动器模型 ,并采用气冷和水冷两种冷却方式对其运动性能进行了试验研究 ,其最大平均运动速度可以达到 0 .13 9mm/s。 A kind of wireless thermal expansion microact ua tor is designed, it is actuated by thermal expansion of paraffin, which is heate d by a magnetic induction heating thermoseed. Induction heating can heat object rapidly and does not need wire between microactuator and actuating source. Paraf fin has a large coefficient of expansion in temperature range near its melting p oint, and its melting point can be regulated easily. Seven fundamental actuator models are constructed, and the characteristics of their displacement output are tested. Then 4 actuator models are manufactured, and experimental studies on th eir motion velocity are conducted, the maximum average speed of the models is 0. 139 mm/s.
