摘要
讨论了一种基于数字信号处理器 (DSP)的开放体系数控滚齿系统。该系统在可编程 PID整定的基础上 ,提供了速度、加速度前馈滤波 ,以保证系统的静态精度和动态性能。通过对滚齿原理的研究 ,提出了电子差动齿轮箱的概念 ,开发出相应的数控滚齿软件 ,介绍了运动控制系统软件的基本模块 ,最后给出了该数控系统成功用于YG3
In this paper, an open numerical control gea r hobbing architecture based on digital signal processor (DSP) is presented. On th e basis of the programmable PID tuning, a filter of speed and acceleration feedf orward is provided to insure the static accuracy and dynamic performance of the system. Through a deep study on the principle of gear hobbing, an idea of electr onic differential gearbox is presented primarily, and the associated numerical c ontrol gear hobbing software is developed. The basic modules of the software for the motion control system are described. In the end, a successful instance on t he transformation of the YG3612 model gear hobbing machine tools using this nume rical control system is given.
