A Research on Product Model Supporting Rapid Variant Design

根据快速变型设计的特点 ,研究了型设计的系统总体框架 ,对支持快速变型设计的产品模型进行了深入的研究。将产品模型划分为功能模型、结构模型、原理模型和制造模型 ,以使产品模型具有响应用户、支持快速变型的能力。最后详细阐述了产品原理模型的构造和应用 。

According to the characteristic of the rapid va riant design, this paper puts forward a system frame of rapid variant design and studies the product model for supporting rapid variant design. The product mod el is divided into function model, structure model, principle model and manufact uring model so as to have the ability to response the user rapidly. Finally, it discuss the structure and application of the principle model in detail, includin g geometry principle model and computation principle model.
