摘要
为了解决变电站电压和无功控制中补偿电容器和变压器分接头的投切振荡问题 ,避免不必要的延时等待 ,提高无功补偿控制的针对性 ,将负荷预测引入电压无功实时控制 ,通过负荷预测掌握负荷变化和波动情况 ,在满足电压和功率因数合格的前提下 ,充分利用变压器的过载能力 ,尽量减少电容器投切次数和不必要的调整 ,从而提高系统的稳定性。
This paper discusses the voltage and reactive power control with load forecasting to avoid the surge and time delay of adjustment for capacitor and transformer in substation. The wave of load and fluctuating time can be forecasted, so the voltage and reactive power can be adjusted in time. By utilizing the overload capacity of transformer, this paper can minimize the adjustment and satisfy the demand of voltage and power factor. So the power system stability can be improved.
