摘要
目的 :为了扩大药源 ,为以地蚕的全草入药代替以地蚕的根茎入药提供实验依据 ,对地蚕的地上部分和地下部分分别进行了金丝桃苷的含量测定。方法 :采用HPLC法 ,色谱柱 :HypersilODSC1 8柱 ( 5 μm ,4 6mm× 15 0mm ) ,流动相 :A为0 1%三氟乙酸 ,B为乙腈 ,洗脱梯度为 0~ 11min时 ,流动相A比流动相B的百分浓度由 5 %梯度增至 45 % ,检测波长为3 5 0nm。结果 :金丝桃苷在 0 2 6~ 1 2 9μg的范围内呈良好线性关系。地蚕地上部位药材中金丝桃苷的含量为 0 2 96% ,地下根茎部位药材中金丝桃苷的含量为 0 0 3 6%。结论 :该方法准确可靠。以金丝桃苷含量为指标 ,可以认为以全草代替根茎直接入药具有合理性。
Objective:to enlarge the herb resource & To determine the content of hyperoside in the arerial part and the rehizome Stachys geobombycis C.Y.Wu var.geobombycis.Methods:Separation was achieved on a Hypersil C 18 colum,the mobile phase was 0 1% TFACH 3 Cnwith gradient elution. the wavelength of the UV detector 350nm. Results:Linear range of hyperoside was 0 26~1 29μg,the content of hyperoside in the arerial part was 0 296%,while the rehizome part 0 036%. Conclusions:the methods were accurate & reliable.
