摘要
目的 :观察胸痹通胶囊 (XBTC)对大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法 :Wistar大鼠 3 0只 ,随机分为药物实验组和生理盐水对照组 ,分别灌服胸痹通胶囊和生理盐水 ,1周后取血测定两组大鼠全血黏度、红细胞聚集指数 (A)、红细胞变形指数 (IF)及血浆纤维蛋白原 (Fg)的含量。结果 :与生理盐水组比较 ,胸痹通胶囊组大鼠全血黏度明显降低 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ) ,红细胞聚集被明显抑制 (P <0 0 5 ) ,红细胞的变形指数和血浆纤维蛋白原的含量显著降低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :降低血液黏度 ,改善血液流变状态 ,可能是胸痹通胶囊抗心肌缺血作用的机制之一。
Objective:To observe the effect of hemorheology in rats treated with Xiongbitong Capsule. Method:30 wistar rats were divided randomly into the drug trial group and the Saline controlled group. After one week,whole blood viscosity,collecting exponent of red blood cell(A),deformation exponent of red blood cell(IF) and blood plsma fibrinogen(Fg) were observed. Restlts:To compare with the Saline controlled group,the drug trial group can improve significantly the whole blood viscosity( P <0 01, P <0 05) inhibit significantly the collecting exponent of red blood cell( P <0 05) and decrease deformation:Decreacing the blood viscosity and improving the hemotheology are one of the mechanism which Xiongbitong Capsule treats myocardial ischemia.
