基于背向散射积分检测心肌功能的初步实验分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的验证基于背向散射积分 (IB)检测心肌功能方法的有效性。方法利用本实验室研制开发的二维IB采集系统 ,采集心脏B超图像的射频信号并将其数字化 ,用小波变换法计算背向散射积分起伏幅度 (CVIB) ,得到感兴趣区域的CVIB图像。结果给出 1 1例已确诊为心肌梗塞病例的CVIB值分析数据及CVIB图像结果 ,并给出 2 3例正常人的结果作为对照 ,包括 8例中年人和 1 5例年轻人。结论采用心肌背向散射积分可以有效地检测病人的心肌缺血状态 。 Objective To demonstrate the feasibility of the method to detect myocardial function based on integrated backscatter. Method Using the experimental system developed by our research group,the RF signal of B mode image was sampled and digitized. Wavelet transform method was adopted for cyclic variation of integrated backscatter(CVIB)calculation. The CVIB image of the region of interest(ROI)was obtained. Result The CVIB results of 11 cases with myocardial infarction were provided by data and image. Results of 23 normal people including 8 middle aged and 15 young were also given for comparison. Conclusion The method based on integrated backscatter can differentiate ischemic myocardium from normal people and it has potential to be used in clinic.
