一种异步电动机矢量控制的转速辨识方法 被引量:15

摘要 提出了异步电动机无速度传感器矢量控制的一种新的转速辨识方法。将模型参考自适应方法和直接计算的方法相结合 ,具有一定的辨识速度和精度 ,解决了反电动势模型参考自适应方法在速度过零点辨识误差大以及瞬时无功模型参考自适应方法在转速给定为负阶跃时的转速不稳定问题。通过用多电平变频器对 2 2kW电动机进行转子磁场定向矢量控制实验 ,验证了该方法的正确性。 Based on the analysis of the model reference adaptive system(MRAS)speed estimators,this paper presents a new speed estimation method for the vector controlled induction motors without speed sensors.This approach combines the MRAS method and open loop estimator,and has high estimating speed and precision.It also solves a lot of problems,such as large error in the MRAS based on the back electromotive force when the motor runs across the zero speed and the instability based on the instantaneous reactive power in the regenerating mode.Finally the vector control experiments are taken on a 2 2kW induction motor driven by a multilevel inverter,and the system is monitored and commanded by computers.The experimental results verify its validity.
