摘要
根据数学模型及 Consteel工艺冶炼实践 ,对该工艺留钢量的设计进行了分析 ,给出了根据数学模型计算留钢量和通过生产能力估算留钢量的计算式 ,以及留钢量与炉容、生产能力。
The design of post tapping heel level is analyzed on the basis of the mathematical model of Consteel steelmaking procedure and its practice, of which the calculating method is put forward. Moreover, the relationship among heel level after tapping, capacity, heat size and tap to tap time is given by a function.
