摘要
通过对炉膛火焰温度的CCD数字图像检测方法可行性的分析,设计了用于监测炼焦炉温度面分布的试验系统.采用彩色CCD摄像机获取火焰辐射图象,同时利用单点红外测温仪对火焰进行测温,进而做比对测量,建立温度图像与灰度的对应关系.通过原理性试验初步验证了该技术的可行性.
By analyzing feasibility of the measurement method of temperature in coke furnace according to CCD Digital Image Processing and having designed the test system used for monitoring coke furnace temperature distribution. Using the colored CCD camera as the sensor to take the flame image, and comparing the first result with the measured single spot temperature by the infrared pyrometer. We can up the corresponding relation between the temperature and gray level. The feasibility of technology was validated by the trial test system.
