摘要
利用有限元方法对不同受力状况下的活塞环进行受力分析和模拟计算.结果表明:活塞环的机械应力、热应力、耦合应力均在材料屈服极限内.扩缸后的活塞环满足使用要求.
Stresses in the piston ring in different states are computed with FEM. The mechanical stress, thermal stress and coupled stress are less than the yield limit of material. The analysed piston ring is satisfied with operating requirement after enlarging cylinder diameter.
