摘要
介绍基因芯片共焦扫描仪的系统结构和工作原理,讨论基因芯片共焦扫描仪的光学成像系统二维分辨率与信噪比之间的定量关系。所得出的结果对于选择共焦显微成像系统的参数和评价共焦显微成像系统的性能具有重要的意义。
In this paper, the structure and principle of confocal gene chip scanner are analyzed and a quantitative relationship between the twodimensional resolution and the signaltonoise ratio is presented.The results are very useful for selecting the values of characteristic quantities of a confocal microscope and evaluating its imaging properties.
