激光二极管bar侧面泵浦Nd∶YAG激光器热效应研究 被引量:9

摘要  从不同侧面泵浦方式的泵浦光强分布出发,依据热传导方程,求解出棒状激光晶体内的温度分布,计算出不同泵浦分布时的理论热透镜焦距,并进行热透镜实验。理论分析和实验表明,随着泵浦方向的增多,晶体内泵浦光强和温度分布越接近于轴向对称分布,热透镜更接近球面透镜。 The temperature distributions within the laser crystal are deduced from the heat equation and intensity distributions in different sidepumped symmetries. Thermal lensing focal lengths are given both in theory and experiment. From the theory analysis and experimental test, there comes the conclusion below:with the increase of pump directions, both the intensity and the temperature distributions within the crystal are more close to the symmetric distribution about the crystal axis, and the thermal lense is also more close to spherical lense.
