烟气轮机叶材气动冲蚀行为研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了气流中微粒对烟气轮机叶片材料的冲蚀行为。用石英砂气动冲蚀试验研究表明 :叶材冲蚀率随着冲蚀颗粒尺寸的增大而增加 ;攻角对烟气轮机叶片材料 (NiCr2 0Co1 8Ti)的冲蚀率影响不大。进一步通过扫描电镜对冲蚀后的表面形貌进行观察 ,发现烟气轮机叶片材料的冲蚀以切削与唇片脱落为主。 The effect of the aerodynamic erosion of silicon oxide particles on the erosion behavior of the flue gas turbine blade material is investigated.Experiment results show that the erosion rate of the blade material (NiCr20Co18Ti) is increased with the size of silicon oxide particle.However,the difference of the impinging angle does not show obvious effect on the erosion rate of the blade material.By the observation study of the impact surfaces under SEM,it is found that in this case the erosion and weight loss exhibit mainly the form of cutting and subsequent lip pieces falling off.
