摘要
一种涂布了环氧树脂的绝缘复合膜 ,它主要用于干式变压器的层间绝缘和粘接。测试数据表明复合膜的表观分解温度TA 为 2 2 3.41℃ ,耐热指数TZG为 1 5 8.95 ,其它各项性能指标均能满足F级绝缘材料的要求。
An insulating composite film coated with epoxy resin is introduced. The film is mainly used for insulation and adhesion between the two layers of dry type transformer. TGA shows that the heat decomposition temperature is 223.14 ℃ and the film heat resistant index is 158.95. All properties of the new type insulating composite film can satisfactorily meet reguirements of class F insulating material.
