摘要 传统培训理论认为公司不可能资助员工一般培训,而现实中公司资助一般培训的现象却广泛存在。现代主流经济理论从信息不对称的角度,结合心理预期、社会资本和心理契约等理论,从不完全竞争劳动力市场、跳槽引致的成本以及一般培训的福利作用等方面进行了理论解释和拓展。
