摘要
近年来,我国境外直接投资有了长足发展,但其管理体制仍然存在不可忽视的缺陷,主要表现为缺乏统一高效的宏观协调管理机构;缺少科学合理的总体战略和统筹规划;尚未形成境外企业的综合竞争优势;境外投资的调控手段落后;政府的宏观服务功能不到位。为了解决这些问题,我国有必要深化境外直接投资管理体制的改革,尽快建立起符合市场经济发展要求、有利于企业增强国际竞争能力的新型体制。
In recent years,China's f oreign direct investment development had great improvement,but there still e xist some weakness in the management system,the main expresses are:lack unit ary and effective macroscopic management setup;lack scientific strategy and ov erall planning;have not establish the challenge advantage;the management and control of foreign investment fall behind;government's macroscopic' service f actions are not in the place.For solve these problems,we should deep the refo rm of management system of foreign direct investment,establish the new system which fit for market economy development and advantageous to strengthen enterp rises' enterprises' international challenge ability.
