优化我国债券市场结构的对策研究

近几年来 ,作为我国资本市场重要组成部分的债券市场取得了长足的进步 ,但是随着我国加入WTO后利率市场化的推行 ,债券市场结构失衡的问题日益成为制约我国债券市场进一步发展的瓶颈。本文就我国 1981年以来有关债券市场的运行情况 ,在对形成我国债券市场结构失衡的诸多因素进行详细分析的基础上 ,提出了我国债券市场结构优化调整的应对策略。

In recent years, as an important part of Chinese capital market, the bonds market has made a great development. But with the practice of marketability of interest rate, the disorder of bonds market has been limit to the forward development of bonds market .The paper analyzes the operation of the bonds market since 1981 . On the basis of analyzing the many factors of causing disorder of Chinese bonds market, the paper puts forward countermeasures for optimizing the structure of the bonds market
