摘要
钼酸盐缓蚀剂具有低毒、无害、稳定性好等优点,能与多种物质复配,且效果显著,是一种具有良好发展情景的缓蚀剂。本文采用静态失重法研究了钼酸盐与磷酸盐复配对碳钢分别在常温(25℃)和50℃时的中性自来水介质中的缓蚀情况,并分析了钼酸盐与磷酸盐复配可能的机理,以及其最佳浓度组合。
Molybdate inhibitor has the advantage,which is little toxic,harmless and very stable.It can combine with a lot of material,and has distinct effect.Molybdate inhibitor is a good inhibitor with potential application.This paper has introduced the application and research of molybdate inhibitor,studied the inhibitive effect when molybdate combining with phosphate in neutral tap water environment at normal temperature (25℃) and 50℃.This paper has also handled the data of the experiment's result,analyzed the possible inhibition mechanism.
