Comparing and analysising the tow quantization methods of athletic sports according fuzzy relation equation,the result shows that it is better to place the weight of training methods in a value field admitted than to make use of a real number.It will provide optional and latitude agility for many coaches and gym teacher working in real training and reference in theory.
