摘要
制造策略的正确选择与评价是企业成功实施供应链管理的关键,主要问题是企业决定产品的制造方式是自制、外协或购买。在分析制造策略分类的基础上,提出了用于供应链中企业产品制造策略选择与评价的多目标优化模型。该模型建立了基于ISO9000和ISO14000系列标准的评价指标,从核心竞争能力、质量、交货期、环境影响,以及成本等多个角度研究了产品制造策略的决策过程。利用这一选择与评价模型,企业可以有效地确定产品的制造方式是自制、外协或购买,同时完成供应商和合作伙伴的选择。
Appropriate manufacturing strategy is critical for the implementation of supply chain management. The fundamental question in the development of manufacturing strategy is to determine whether the company produces by itself. After analyzing the characteristics of manufacturing strategies systematically, this paper presents a multi-objective optimization model that can assist the company to select and evaluate the appropriate manufacturing strategies efficiently. Based on ISO9000, ISO14000 series standards, some quantitative indexes are chosen to establish the selection and evaluation system. With the help of these evaluation indexes, the decision model addresses manufacturing processes, logistics, support systems and costs. Following the process of this model, the company can decide and evaluate the manufacturing strategies effectively, and choose the appropriate vendors and partners.
