摘要
分析了世界港口民营化发展态势和我国港口民营化的进程,论述了港口民营化的动因及其理论基础,结合国外港口民营化实践,对我国港口民营化运作模式进行了探讨。最后,对我国港口民营化进程中可能遇到的问题与困难进行分析,并提出了具体的对策和建议,以期为促进我国港口民营化发展,提高港口营运效率提供理论与实践指导和参考。
Based on the review of the worldwide evolution and current situation of port privatization, the paper examines the challenges, which China will meet in the process of port privatization. For the purpose to provide the references guidlines for the enhancement of port privatization and improvement of the efficiency of port operations in China, the paper investigates the incentives, patterns and policies for Chinese port privatization.
