209例健康成人生化指标统计分析

Statistical analysis of biochemical criteria of 209 healthy adults

目的 :确认现用生化参考值的可信性 ,并初步建立该实验室正常人群生化指标的参考范围。方法 :对健康成人查体者的血清样本进行24项生化指标检测 ,结果进行统计学分析 ,并与贝克曼试剂说明书及全国临床检验操作规程提供的参考值进行比较。结果 :试验所得出的正常参考范围多数与对照参考值一致 ,但钾 (K+)、总蛋白 (TP)、总胆红质 (TBil)、谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)、碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)、总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)等一些项目存在差异。结论:结果分析表明试验地区与国外及国内其他地区人群生化指标存在着差异 。

Objective: To confirm the creditability of reference values being employed and to find the reference values of healthy subjects'biochemical criteria applying to their own laboratories.Methods:Twenty four biochemical criteria from healthy adults'serums were checked.The results concluded were analysed by statistical methods,then were compared with reference values provided by Beckman manual and domestic clinical operation manual.Results:Most of reference values from this experiment are subject to standard values expect the value of K+?TP?TBil?ALT?ALP?TC?TG.Conclusion:The differences of biochemical criteria among local?internal and external area can be observed through analysing the results of this experiment.So the reference values of local laboratory should be provided.
