示波极谱法分析16种中药对活性氧自由基的清除能力

Studies on effect of 16 chinese traditional drugs on superoxide anion radical by single sweep oscillopolarography method

目的 :研究黄芪、丹参、五倍子等16味中药对超氧阴离子自由基的清除作用。方法 :利用邻苯三酚自氧化体系产生超氧自由基 ,用单扫示波极谱法进行检测。结果 :发现分析的16种中药都能不同程度地清除活性氧自由基 ,并与Vc进行了对照 ,其中黄芩的效果最好。结论 :实验证明 。

Objective: To study the scavenging effect of Milkvetch Root, Dan Shen Root,Galla Chinensis and other 16 chinese traditional drugs to superoxide anion radical.Methods: The single sweep oscillopolarography was applied to determine the superoxide radical that was produced by the autoxidation of pyrogallol.Results: All of the 16 chinese traditional drugs and ascorbic acid can inhibit the generation of O2 in different levels, and Baical Skullcap Root is the best.Conclusion: Single sweep oscillopolarography is a useful tool to determine the effect on scavenging superoxide radical of chinese traditional drugs.
