两种壳聚糖生物膜引导颅颌骨再生的比较研究

Comparative study of guide bone regeneration between two chitosan barriers

目的 :比较壳聚糖膨体膜和壳聚糖 -珊瑚微晶复层膜对颅颌骨创的组织引导再生的效果。方法 :6只家兔12个骨创区分别植入两种壳聚糖生物膜 ,采用骨组织形态计量学分析的方法评价其促进骨创愈合的效果。结果 :两种膜对颅颌骨损伤的组织引导再生的效果无明显差别。结论 :壳聚糖膨体膜和壳聚糖

Objective: To compare the difference of guide bone regeneration between expansive chitosan barrier and chitosan-microcrystalline barrier.Methods:Two chitosan barriers were implanted into 12 rabbits cranio-maxillary bone defects, healing of the bone defects were assessed by bone histomorphometry.Results: There were no significant differences of guide bone regeneration between two chitosan barriers(P>0.05).Conclusion: Expansive chitosan barrier and chitosan-microcrystalline barrier have good action in guiding cranio-maxillary bone defects healing.
