酒石酸唑吡坦的主要药效学实验研究

Expermental research on main pharmacodynamics of zolpidem tartrate

目的 :探讨酒石酸唑吡坦的主要药效学。方法 :选取体重18～23g的健康昆明种小鼠,雌雄各半随机分组。其中唑吡坦4组 ,咖啡因1组 ,安定1组和溶剂对照(水)1组,均口服给药后记录小鼠活动情况及睡眠情况。结果 :在小鼠的活动抑制率方面 ,唑吡坦各组与溶剂对照组和中枢兴奋剂咖啡因(10mg/kg)组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),与苯二氮卓类药安定(5mg/kg)比较唑吡坦2.5mg/kg和5.0mg/kg剂量组均有显著性差异。在小鼠的睡眠时间和使戊巴比妥钠睡眠醒来的小鼠重新入睡方面 ,唑吡坦各组与溶剂组比较有显著性差异 (P<0.05)。结论 :酒石酸唑吡坦对小鼠自主活动有明显的抑制作用。明显延长戊巴比妥钠(40mg/kgi.p.)引起的小鼠睡眠时间。

Objective: To discuss main pharmic effect of Zolpidem Tartrate.Methods:There are seven group of mice including four dosage group of Zolpidem Tartrate,one of caffein,one of antipsychotic and one of water.To observe the activity and sleep condition of the seven group mice after taking orally those medicine.Results:Zolpidem Tartrate could significantly inhibit the activity function of mice compared with water group and caffein group(P<0.01).There are different effect between different dosage Zolpidem Tartrate group and antipsychotic group. Significantly different had be observe between 2.5 mg/kg or 5.0 mg/kg Zolpidem Tartrate and antipsychotic group(P<0.01).Conclution:Zolpidem Tartrate can obviously inhibit the independent activity function in rats.It can Prolong rat's sleeping time due to Barbital drugs and let rat sleep again afte wake up.
