老年糖尿病患者骨代谢相关因素与骨密度的关系 被引量:2

The correlation factors of bone metabolism and the relation with the bone mineral density in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的 :观察老年糖尿病患者性别、病程、空腹血糖、血钙、血磷对骨密度 (BMD)的影响。方法 :测定了74例老年糖尿病病人的空腹血糖、血钙、血磷及BMD ,观察性别、病程、空腹血糖、血钙、血磷对BMD的影响 ,同时与60例正常对照组相比较。结果 :1.老年糖尿病组男性及女性BMD与相匹配的正常对照组比较,无显著性差别(男性t=0.266,女性t=1.377,P>0.05)。2.病程超过5年组BMD比病程少于5年组降低 ,有显著性差别(t=2.092 ,P<0.05)。经单相关分析 ,BMD与病程显著负相关 (r= -0.2973 ,P<0.05)。3.不同的空腹血糖浓度对BMD无影响。4.血钙、血磷对BMD无影响。结论 :糖尿病的病程对BMD的影响主要在前5年 ,而空腹血糖、血钙。 Objective: To observe the relationship between BMD with sex, ill courses, FBG, Ca, P. Methods: The fasting blood glucoses (FBGs), blood calcium(Ca); blood phosphor(P) and bone mineral densities (BMDs) of 74 elderly cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus were measured, the data were compared with those of 60 normal persons as control.Results:1.The levels of BMD neither of old male nor female diabetic patients have no significant difference than those of controls (male: t=0.266, P>0.05. female:t=1.377, P>0.05).2. The levels of BMD of patients whose ill course more than 5 years were significantly lower than patients whose ill course less than 5 years (t=2.092, P<0.05).3.The levels of FBG, Ca and P have no significant relation to of BMD. Conclusion:The influence of diabetes to BMD is mostly responsible for those in the first five years.The functions of pancreas β-cell with type 2 diabetes mellitus will decrease to 25% in the first 5 years.The level of insulin may affect BMD of patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
