摘要
目的 :探讨胰腺癌全胰切除术后血糖代谢紊乱的临床处理方法。方法 :回顾性调查7例胰腺癌全胰切除术患者的临床资料 ,分析全胰切除术后的血糖管理以及术后常见代谢紊乱。结果 :全胰切除术后每日糖摄入量在150g左右 ,糖摄入量与胰岛素比例维持1 :3~4可以维持血糖代谢的稳定。结论 :全胰切除术后恰当的血糖管理及控制糖代谢紊乱是降低手术死亡率 。
Objective: To explore the management of blood sugar and the control of sugar metabolism disorder after total pancreatectomy(TP) in patients with pancreatic cancer. Methods: Using retrospective method, a series of clinical data about 7 patients underwent TP were analysed.Results: Sugar intake should be maintain about 150 g per day, and the sugar vs insulin dosage around 1:3~4 is reasonable to prevent the sugar metabolism disorder.Conclusion: Blood sugar management and the control of sugar metabolism disorder is the key of reducing the complication and mortality of patients with TP and raising safe of the operation.
