摘要
目的 :总结喉癌全喉切除术后Ⅰ期安放发音管发音重建的临床经验。方法 :分析自1998年9月至2002年5月全喉切除术后Ⅰ期Blom -Singer发音重建56例的发音情况。结果 :Ⅰ期安放发音管发音重建成功率92.9 % ,发音流利、响亮、清晰。结论
Objective: To analyse the clinical experience of placing voicing tube reconstructing vocalization at first phase after total laryngectomy in cases of carcinoma of larynx.Methods: To analyse the voicing status of 56 cases who experiencing the operation of Blom-Singer reconstructing vocalization at first phase after total laryngectomy from 1998.9 to 2002.5.Results: The successful ratio of reconstructing vocalization is 92.9% in the cases of placing voicing tube at first phase after total laryngectomy, in these cases the vocalization are quick, alouding and darity. Conclusion:Placing voicing tube at first phase after total laryngectomy to reconstruct vocalization have high successful ratio.
