糖尿病并发症与住院费用的关系

Analysis on the relationship between the medicine costs of diabetic in-patients and the number of their complications

目的 :通过对糖尿病人住院费用的分析 ,使更多的糖尿病患者了解与糖尿病并发症相关的治疗费用及影响因素。方法 :将1998～2000年共计2476人次住院的糖尿病患者根据并发症数量进行分组 ,分析不同组别患者的护理费、检查费、化验费、药费和住院费等。结果 :糖尿病患者的住院费用与其所患并发症数量的多少有关,不同组别其各项费用差异有显著性(P<0.05)。1998～2000年患者住院费用与合并症数量成正相关(r=0.260P<0.01)。结论:糖尿病患者的住院费用随着并发症数量的增加而增加。

Objective: To analyse the significance of early treatment on diabetes mellitus by analysis the medicine costs of in-patients with diabetes.Methods: 2476 diabetics were assigned to eight groups according to the number of their complications, then the costs of nursing treatment; checkup; drug and total costs were compared among different groups.Results:The medicine costs of diabetic inpatients were related to the number of their complications. There was significant difference between different groups (P<0.05, respectively).The medicine costs of diabetic inpatients(1998～2000) was positive correlation to the number of their complications (r=0.260, P<0.01).Conclusion:In a short, the more the number of their complications were, the more the medicine costs of diabetics was.So, Controlling the appearance of diabetic complications is one of the best effective ways to lessen the medicine cost of diabetics.
