编辑主体的思想观念和工作能力直接影响着出版的整体质量。当代信息科学及相关技术的高度发展和普及 ,促使编辑主体紧跟现代化的形势要求迫在眉睫。高校学报的编辑工作者应对编辑主体现代化的内容主体意识、人格素质及编辑手段进行研究 ,以适应现代化发展的要求 ,从而促进编辑的现代化 。

The ideological concept and working ability of the editorial mainstay directly influence the overall quality of the publication. The high development and popularization of the information science and the allied technique of the contemporary era, have inspired the editorial mainstay to keep pace with the situational demand of modernization and it is imminent. The editorial staff of a college journal should carry on researches into its contents' subject consciousness, the personality quality and the editorial menas to meet the requirements of the modernized development, thus to promote the editorial modernization, and enable the journal to reflect and spread rapidly the human civilization and progress.
