摘要
中小学教师重视专业知识及技能的学习和训练 ,轻视教育理论的研习 ,课程、教材的改革是与先进的教育教学理念一致的 ,面对新课程、新教材 ,其实施者——中小学教师不能不切实关注自己的教学实践中如何实现新课程理念的内化问题。只有完成新理念的内化 。
The middle and primary school teachers attach importance to the study and training in the professional knowledge and skills but look down on the research and study of the educational theory. The reform of the courses and teaching materials is in accordence with the advanced ideas of education and teaching. Confronted with the new courses and new teaching materials, the executors, the middle and primary school teachers, cannot but show earnest concern for the internalization problem of how to realize the idea of a new course in their teaching practice. Only to perform the internalization of new idea, can it produce new technical abilities.
