摘要
住院医师培训的整个过程,需要有一套以保证培训质量为目的,各培训阶段和各培训环节均有章可循的培训配套方案。本文提出了以培训实施方案、培训考核方案、培训质量评估方案为主干的配套方案,并就这一问题的内涵、意义和可行性进行探讨。
In the whole process of training residents,a complete set of training programmes is needed to have a series of rules and regulations to follow in each period and link in the chain of the training to guarantee its quality. This paper presents an overall training programme which mainly consists of plans of training implementation, of examination and of quality evaluation. It also goes into the intension and significance of the overall programme and then discusses the feasibility of the plans.
