Problems and Approaches in the Solid Property Management in Higher Colleges

文章就高校实物资产管理机构的设置,使用价值的提高及经营性实物资产的规范等方面提出了存在的问题及对策。当前高校应当加强实物资产管理,实现保值增值,防止流失,杜绝浪费,提高高校实物资产的利用效率。

This paper discusses the problems and the approaches of the solid properties in the sale rules, the management sections and the increasing values. The higher colleges must strengthen the management of the solid properties, realize their values, prevent drop-outs and stop wasting in order to raise the values of the usage.
