To counter the major problems we confront in building a comfortably off society in our province,we should take the following countermeasures:first we should cope with the employment problem of surplus labours in countryside and the problem that people in some mountain areas get rid of poverty and return to poverty,we should introduce peasarts into market and build every city of our province into commercial and trade center,we should also deal with successfully some essential problems appeared in the process of quickening the industrialization of our province.
