摘要
法制作为一个中性概念,没有明确的价值追求;而法治的价值取向则十分明显,它以民主和权利为本质要求。文章指出,在新闻理论和实务中,由"法制新闻"向"法治新闻"过渡是必然趋势。
As a neutral concept, legal rule has no explicit value pursuit, while the value orientation of law news is very clear with democratic rights as its essential requirements. Accordingly, law news advocates more strongly on notions such as justice and fairness, and shows more concern on the right of ordinary individuals. The thesis therefore points out that in news theory and practice, it is a must to evolve from legal news to law news.
