两种毕业后医学教育的实践与比较

COMPARISON BETWEEN TWO EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS AFTER GRADUATION

本文旨在通过比较临床研究生教育和住院医师制度化培养,阐明用住院医师培养代替临床研究生教育,实行职业学位的可能性;如何提高住院医师培养质量;以及讨论临床研究生教育继续存在的必要性。

The systematic training for clinical postgraduates since 1984 and for residents since 1988 have been been started in this hospital. So far we have enrolled 113 clinical postgraduates, of them 30 students have already finished the courses of Doctor of Medicine. There were 121 residents in the hospital, three of them have finished the courses of training. Comparing these two practical methods, the aims, years, courses, training of clinical ability, requirements for review and paper, examining methods were basically the same. There were no differences in medical literature inspecting, foreign language and clinical ability (P>0.05). Thus, it was practicable to use the systematic residency training instead of the clinical postgraduate education, fulfilling the requirements of professional degree is possible as well. The competitive System of clinical postgraduates had the both-side selectivity. It was suggested that the resident training system could adopt the competitive system of clinical postgraduates to improve the level of education. It should be emphatized that the both-side selectivity was a much more important way for education. So the existence of the clinical postgraduate education is necessary.
