摘要
用ARES流变仪研究了聚丙烯 /有机改性蒙脱土复合材料的流变特性与扭转模式下的动态力学性能 ,并用X射线衍射研究了动态力学测试过程中复合材料的结构变化。结果表明 :复合材料的储能模量G′、损耗模量G″及剪切粘度 η随着蒙脱土含量的增加而增大 ,并且改性聚丙烯增加了基体与蒙脱土片层之间的作用力 ,使G′、G″、η进一步提高。另外 ,动态力学测试结果表明 :复合材料在 65℃左右 ,损耗角tanδ出现峰值 ,并且随着蒙脱土含量的增加 ,峰值右移 ,X射线衍射结果表明 。
Rheological behavior and dynamic performance in torsion mode of polypropylene/organic montmorillonite composites(PPCNs)were investigated by ARES rheometer.Structural transition of the composites during dynamic measurement was observed by X ray diffraction. The results showed that the storage moduli( G ′),loss moduli( G ″)and shear viscosities η of PPCNs increased with montmorillonite(MMT) contents,and the modified PP strenghtened the effect by increasing the interaction among MMT layers and the matrix thus increasing G′,G″ and η further. Dynamic measurement showed that peaks of tan? δ appeared on the dynamic curves at the temperature of about 65 ℃ and they shifted towards the higher temperature with the increasing of MMT contents.The results of X ray diffraction indicate that the peaks may be due to the transformation of crystal structure under tension during heating.
