摘要
以聚乙烯 /乙烯 -醋酸乙烯酯共聚物 /炭黑 (PE/EVA/CB)体系为研究对象 ,采用熔融共混挤出成型制样的方法 ,详细研究了瞬时电场对PE/EVA/CB复合导电材料的诱导作用 ,发现瞬时电场能瞬时性降低材料的电阻率 ,而较长的作用时间或较高的瞬时电压可以导致断电后瞬间较高的材料电阻率 ,并且该电阻率随着观察时间的延长按一定规律演变 ,最终稳定于材料的室温电阻率。在此基础上通过相应的模型分析认为 。
PE/EVA/CB systems were prepared by extrusion.Inducing effects of instantaneous electric fields on the system were investigated in detail.It is found that the instantaneous electric field can decrease the resistivity of the composite instantaneously, but the longer effect time or higher instantaneous voltage may cause higher instantaneous resistivity after the break of the power. Furthermore, the resistivity varies regularly with time and tends to the resistivity at room temperature in the end. The analysis based on relevant models shows that the phenomena mentioned above may be due to the orientation and electric thermal effect of the microstacture of the composite under the instantaneous electric field.
