目的 探讨炎性因子水平与冠脉病变稳定性的关系。方法 用免疫浊度法及放射免疫法测定 3 0例不稳定型心绞痛 (UA)患者、3 5例稳定型心绞痛 (SA)患者、3 7例非冠心病患者 (对照组 )的血清C -反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素 (IL - 1β)、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF -α)水平进行统计学分析。 结果 UA组血清CRP、IL - 1β、TNF -α水平均明显高于SA组 (P <0 .0 5 - 0 .0 1)及对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 UA患者体内存在炎性细胞活化及炎症反应 ;斑块破裂及血栓形成可能与炎性反应有关 ;

Objectives To explore the serum levels of cytokines and the morphology of coronary lesions in patients with unstable angina(UA) .Methods serum levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) ,interleukin-1 beta(IL-1β)and rumor necr necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)were determined in 30 patient with UA(UA-group)and 35 patients with stable angina (SA group)by immunoturbidometry and radio-immuneassay, and data were compared with 37 controls. coronary angiography was performed in all patients, and the severity of coronary stenosis was evaluated by a quantitative method.Results Serum levels of CRP、 IL-1β and TNF-αwere significantly higher in patients with UA than those in patients with SA(P<0.05-0.01) and controls(P<0.01),but no difference between the latter two groups was found(P<0.05).Conclusions The results demonstratc there are activation of inflammatory cells and inflammation in patients with UA, which may play an important role in the disruption and thrombosis of plaque and pathogenesis of UA.
