摘要
通过一系列的软化点试验,分别探讨了在不同养护温度、不同的升温速度下,水浴法与甘油浴法测得的软化点值的变化规律以及相互之间的差别,得出沥青软化点不随其养护温度的改变而改变,而与升温速度成正比,比例系数近似为1.5。对于同种沥青,甘油浴法比水浴法测得的软化点要高,差值随沥青的不同而不同。考虑到试验结果的可比性和准确性,建议沥青软化点测试全部采用甘油浴法。
The results of the softening point tests are studied i n this paper by two methods, one in water, the other in glycerin, and with c hanging maintaining temperatureor changing increasing rate of temperature. T he conclusion is that the softening point of asphalt doesn't change with the cha nging maintaining temperature, however it is directly proportional to the in creasing rate of the temperature and the coefficient is approximate to 1.5. Als o, for the same asphalt, the softening point in glycerin is higher than that in water, and for different asphalts, the differences are varied. Considering t he comparability and the accuracy of the results of the tests, it is advised to adopt the test method in glycerin for all softening point tests of asphalt.
