In this paper, the authors introduced the whole struct ure and the main function of modules of Highway Construction Quality Management System, on the basis of analyzing the actuality of highway construction qual ity management software and the requirement of engineering quality management. T he authors also explained the realized method of this system and the applica tion of component. At the same time, the authors explored the system's chara cteristic and the settings of software and hardware. Finally, the authors analyz ed the developing trend of Highway Construction Quality Management System.
