摘要
综述了汽车碰撞及汽车覆盖件冲压成形CAE技术研究概况,介绍了常用CAE软件的基本情况,从汽车覆盖件冲压成形CAE技术的角度出发,提出了汽车碰撞CAE技术中存在的几个没有解决好的问题,包括壳单元的畸变、复杂模型中单元积分的阶、材料的开裂准则及冲压成形过程对材料性能的影响等问题。这已经影响了汽车碰撞CAE的应用,希望这些问题能够早日得到解决。
The outline of CAE technology for automobile collision and sheet metal stamping analysis have been summarized. The basic cases of the CAE software in daily use are introduced. From the view of CAE technology of sheet metal forming for automobile body panels, unresolved problems in CAE technology for automobile collision analysis such as the distortion of components, the order of element integration in complex models, the crack criteria of material and the influence of pressing on material performance are discussed. They hampered the application of automobile collision CAE technology and their early solutions are expected.
