摘要
根据2002年度湖南省重点工程建设项目责任目标考评,分析了我省工业化的一些特点。在此基础上,针对我省交通建设进行了一些思考。
The author analyses the characteristics of industrializations of Hunan Province based on the assessments of some key projects construction in the year of 2002. And some reflections on traffic construction are put forward.
