摘要
讨论了我国收费道路的闲置问题,其原因是现行的车辆通行费制度反向调节车流量。解决这个问题的一个可行办法就是路网收费。
The author discusses the issue of charged roads having little traffic in our country. The problem is caused by present road tolling system which adjusts vehicle flux to a unreasonable level. One of feasible solutions is road-net-tolling.
